blah!

Something went wrong while i was trying to spice up my blog. It now looks worse than it did. Until i can figure out how to fix it (when blogger decides to let me fix it) and when i have time to fix it, it will look like this. boo!
Any suggestion on where/how i can get it looking pretty again!

Spring

I have 3 days this week and then I'm out for SPRING BREAK! Its only a week but none the less its spring break. I will be going back "home" to visit with family. Where the average temp. for next week is in the 70's and 80's. I will not miss Colorado for that week. because last week it was in the 70's and this week it will be in the 40's :(!

I have two projects to work on while I am there. I hope my grandmother will help me to learn to sew so i can get them done. I'm going to make some fabric key chains and a towel wrap. I will try to remember to take picture and i will hopefully post them next week if not then soon!

Already?

How could it already be March? February went by really fast!

For those who read (but aren't following you should! I feel like I'm talking to my self when i write on here.) i do realize that I had a few typos on the last post. I'm sorry.

Yes, Valentines day has come and gone but i never post pictures of my valentine crafts. So here they are:

These turned out better than i thought they would. They were loved by the teacher and kids!

I made a survival kit for the teacher i work with and she loved it! I was so glad!

I was looking for a Spring/Easter wreath to make for my aunt and while i found one I am making her for Easter I also found these and couldn't pass up making them. I made one for her and one for my grandma.

I was out of town the past week spending time with family. My grandfather pat away a little more tan a week ago. For me this is really hard to believe he was always at work or at a meeting so while visiting that's where i felt he was. He was one of those people i thought "oh nothing could happen to him, he strong". Words can not describe how much i will miss my papa!

I have two sets of valentines cards that i will hopefully be posting soon! I haven't really been working on many crafty projects lately. While visiting family i made Oreo chocolate chip cookies. They were VERY good and of course i found them on pinterest! :)

a little bit of this and a little bit of that!

Yes! I have already started to work on Valentines! Every other day i get to work with a first grade class for 1 hour and 45 minuets! I really enjoy it! Anyways I am making them valentines. They are still a work in progress but here they are. They will eventually have a little candy treat inside of them and will be tied up with a nice pretty bow!

I made a candy heart wreath for my Aunt. It was a little time consuming but with help it wasn't too bad!

I love all most things crafty. For Christmas i got this very cute jar filled with gum balls. I have yet to open it because I don't want to mess it up!

I'm also a big fan of many things that have "M" on them. They are very cute and when they have you initial on them how can you pass them up!? I even have an M hanging above my bed.

I have taken many attempts at making cards Christmas, Birthday or a Thank You card. Some turn out the way i want and others don't. Next time I plan on posting a few pictures of the ones that turned out well.

Its a Start

  Where do i begin? Like I said in my about me I am not a good writer at all. I will try my best but I'm not promising anything. I will often write about day to day things and sometimes about crafty things. I have recently become a "crafty person" i like to make cards, scrapbook and other crafty things. I may or may not be addicted to pinterest.com :)
  I have traveled to 11 countries and by far my favorite was Spain, next in line is Paris, France. The Eiffel Tower is amazing! Traveling to so many places was truly a once in a lifetime experience and I am so glad that i got to experience that.  I am kind of a private person so i wont be sharing to much personal information!
